MRG property managers earn their Accredited Residential Manager designation

At MRG, we believe strong communities start with dedicated people. Today, we’re excited to celebrate two of our property managers, Porsche Ransom of The Westbury and Sonia Jackson of The Ellington at Kirby, for earning their Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation and being sworn in as members of IREM Memphis.

Earning the ARM designation is a meaningful professional achievement in residential property management. It reflects a commitment to continued learning, strong leadership, and the day-to-day work of creating well-managed apartment communities for residents.

For Porsche and Sonia, this milestone is a reflection of the dedication and care they bring to their properties and teams. We’re proud to see them continue to grow in their careers and represent MRG within the broader Memphis property management community.

This celebration is also especially meaningful as Nikki Westmoreland, one of MRG’s Regional Property Managers, was recently sworn in as 2026 IREM Memphis President. Her leadership with IREM Memphis is another reminder of the important role professional development and industry involvement play in our work.
