In East Memphis / University: Yoga in the Park

Head out to Shelby Farms Park on Saturdays in October from 11 a.m. - noon for Yoga in the Park. Decompress from your week at this free yoga class for all ages and skill levels taught by certified yoga instructors with breathtaking views of Shelby Farms Park! Participants meet in the back patio of the Visitor Center.
