Frequent exercise makes pets "apartment-friendly".

All MRG-managed apartments allow pets - but check with your property for specific guidelines about the type and size of pet you are allowed to have! It may be tough to motivate yourself in the winter, but when you have indoor pets, they’ll be happier (and so will you) if they get regular exercise.

Even higher-energy dogs can live indoors if they receive daily walks outside and are given proper bathroom breaks. Be sure your pet behaves well on a leash. You may want to consider obedience training! And introduce "Rover" to his neighbors - both the two-legged and four-legged kind!
