Librarian-staffed LINC 2-1-1 Providing Assistance

Librarians are putting themselves on the front lines by answering the phone lines at LINC 2-1-1. Callers can dial 2-1-1 with virtually any problem and an information professional will talk through their issue then round up all available information for solutions. LINC is managed by Memphis Public Libraries in partnership with United Way and staffed by its librarians.
