Make Leftovers Healthier!

If you ate just a bit too much of all of those great Thanksgiving dishes but don't want to see those leftovers go to waste (or to your waist!) here are a few tips:
1) Send some or all of your leftovers home with others to enjoy.
2) Freeze them for later use.
3) Plan menus that combine just a little of your more fattening leftovers with healthier items.
