Renters Insurance Now Required

Did you realize that without renters insurance, in the event of a fire or other similar event, the

belongings you have in your apartment would not be covered?

If you don't already have renters insurance, at most MRG communities, you are now required to get a policy when you renew your lease. The cost of this insurance can be less than the cost of a cup of coffee per day! MRG offers a policy that can be added to your rent for just $14.50 per month. It includes $100,000 in liability, $10,000 in personal property and there is a $250 deductible. You are welcome to purchase your policy elsewhere. Just be sure your policy includes $100,000 in liability insurance for the duration of the lease and month-to-month thereafter.
