Pet Policies

Dogs and Cats are welcomed.

• Two pet limit
• 50 pound weight limit
• Up front, non-refundable pet fee:
  • $300 for 1 pet
  • $500 for 2 pets
• $20.00 per month pet fee
• No aggressive breeds
• No puppies or kittens
• Must be house-trained or litter-box trained
• Pets are not allowed to roam freely on the property

Fees

• Application Fee: $75 per applicant (non-refundable)
  • Joint (Married): $85 (non-refundable)
• Administration Fee: $150 (non-refundable) - currently waived
• Security Deposit: $150 (refundable)
• Background Check Fee: $15 per person 18+ (non-refundable)
• Renter's Insurance Required ($14.50/month)
• Monthly Water Fee: $20-30
