MRGapartments.com has a new look — and a better way to find your way home.
Our refreshed website is now live, giving future residents an easier way to explore MRG Apartment communities managed by Makowsky Ringel Greenberg, LLC across Memphis and North Mississippi.
This project began in October 2025 with a simple goal: create a better online experience for renters while telling the story of our communities in a more beautiful, useful, and authentic way. From early planning and design to photography, copywriting, coding, content loading, testing, and final launch prep, the process took many months and many hands.
Now, we’re proud to share it with you.
A Fresh Look at the Places We Call Home
Apartment shopping is about more than square footage and pricing. It’s about picturing your life in a new space, getting a feel for the neighborhood, and finding the community that feels right for you.
That’s why the new MRGapartments.com puts each property front and center with updated photos, more 3D tours, improved community pages, easier navigation, clearer floor plan information, and more ways to explore before scheduling a tour.
Whether you’re looking for historic charm in Midtown, modern comfort in Collierville, lakeside living in Southaven, or a peaceful place to call home in East Memphis, the new site is built to help you start your search with confidence.

A project this big does not happen overnight, and it certainly does not happen alone.
We are deeply grateful to Paradigm, our website and brand partner, for helping bring this vision to life — from strategy and design to development and launch. Special thanks to Jeff for guiding the technical side of the process with patience and care, and to Claire for keeping every detail, asset, edit, and moving piece on track from start to finish.
We also want to thank Charles and the Paradigm team for helping us refine the MRG brand in a way that honors our history while creating a fresh, welcoming experience for a new generation of renters, residents, and team members.
A huge thank you also goes to Justin Vaughn, our longtime photographer, videographer, and 3D tour partner. Justin spent countless hours helping our communities look their best, capturing the spaces, details, and neighborhoods that make each property unique. His work plays a major role in how residents first experience our communities online, and we are grateful for the care he put into this project.
We are also grateful to our leadership team for trusting the marketing process, supporting a major digital refresh, and allowing room for creativity, collaboration, and a lot of problem-solving along the way.
Thank you as well to our regional and on-site teams for helping make sure each property was represented with care. The new website may live online, but it reflects the real work happening in our communities every day.
And last but not least — because websites do not organize, proof, test, rewrite, resize, schedule, troubleshoot, and launch themselves — a special thank you goes to Kate Lollar, our Marketing & Special Projects Manager, for leading the project on the MRG side and helping guide the many moving pieces from concept to launch.
