    • $300 for 25lbs and under
    • $500 for pets 26lbs and up
  • $20.00 per month pet fee
  • No aggressive breeds
  • No puppies or kittens.
  • Must be house-trained or litter-box trained
  • Pets are not allowed to roam freely on the property

    • $85.00 for joint application
