• 50 pound weight limit
• Up front, non-refundable pet fee:
  • $300 for 1 pet
  • $600 for 2 pets
• $25.00 per month pet fee
• No aggressive breeds

• Application Fee: $50 per applicant (non-refundable)
  • Joint (Married): $65 (non-refundable)
• Administration Fee: $150 (refundable until application is approved) 
• Background Check Fee: $15 per person 18+ (non-refundable)
• Security Deposit Alternative Fee: $450 (non-refundable)
• Monthly Landlord Insurance: $13
• Monthly Utility Fee: $55
