Dogs and Cats are welcomed.

• Two pet limit
• 50 pound weight limit
• Up front, non-refundable pet fee:
  • $300 for 1 pet
  • $500 for 2 pets
• $20.00 per month pet fee
• No aggressive breeds

Fees

• Application Fee: $75 per applicant (non-refundable)
  • Joint (Married): $85 (non-refundable)
• Administration Fee: $100 (non-refundable) 
• Security Deposit: $100-200 (refundable)
• Background Check Fee: $15 per person 18+ (non-refundable)
• Renter's Insurance Required ($14.50/month)
• Monthly Trash Fee: $10
