Want to get fit, but not join a health club? You are in luck because you can you really get a great workout without leaving your apartment! It doesn’t take much effort or money to design an effective workout program at home. Things like fit balls, dumbbells, exercise bands or tubing, and push-up bars are an inexpensive way to create a routine that works all the major muscle groups. All you need is a warm-up, an aerobic workout, strength-building exercises, flexibility moves, and a cool down. For example: take an easy walk outside, then do a step aerobics video, then add abdominal crunches and floor stretches, and end with a light walk.
