Trailhead Fitness offers small physical training sessions for a personalized experience unlike other classes and camps. They are offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday at Shelby Farms. Whether you’re a runner, cyclist, obstacle course enthusiast, or would just like to get stronger and healthier, this is the place for you! Mix things up with various cardio and calisthenics, with things like kettlebells, tractor tires, slam balls, and sledge hammers thrown in for fun!
