In Midtown: Chalkfest Block Party

This Chalkfest Block Party is one that you won’t want to miss!

Celebrate spring break at the Brooks and celebrate the museum’s special exhibition “This Light of Ours: Activist Photographers of the Civil Rights Movement” at the Chalkfest Block Party on March 21 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Explore the galleries, work on hands-on activities inside and outside, enjoy performances, and collaborate with artists and other visitors to turn the museum’s plaza into a colorful work of chalk art. Chalk will be available to purchase ($3 for a set of 12) or feel free to bring your own.
