You’ll find all sorts of fun ways at Shelby Farms Park to get in shape in the great outdoors. All ages, all stages – there is a class available for everyone. Join the Nature Boot Camp or the Better Body Boot Camp. Or there’s still time to do a Pilates in the Park class during one of the remaining dates in the summer session: July 26, August 9 or August 23. Do zumba or yoga, or bring the kids to karate or dance class. Check out the entire fitness schedule. Then get outdoors to get in shape.
