One of the benefits of apartment living is that someone else is doing the home maintenance for you! You don’t have to mow or rake. You aren’t responsible for the plumbing or electrical issues. You don’t have to repair or replace your own appliances when they no longer work! At MRG, we work hard to address our residents’ maintenance requests quickly. Emergency issues, of course, get the highest priority, but we strive to get to all requests as soon as possible. Remember also that MRG has regular pest control service. However, if you are experiencing issues with pests, please contact your community’s office to schedule additional treatments.
There are several ways to report your maintenance issue, one of which is to go to mrgapartments.com, choose your property, and complete the maintenance request found under resident links. Or just call or drop by your leasing office.
